Rental Prices for Landlords

Finders Fee:
£240 inc Vat if we manage the property.
£360 inc Vat for Let Only properties.
Rent Collection:
6% for all properties.
For example, if rental income was £500 per month, the fee would be £30 per month inc. VAT per month due.
Fully Managed:
Either £60 inc. VAT per month or 9.6% inc. VAT for all properties, depending on the rental amount PCM.
For example, if rental income was £500 PCM, the fee would be £48 inc. VAT per month due.
Rental Guarantee:
12% inc. VAT for all properties per month – offers money guarantee and an insurance policy that renews every 6 months.
For example, if rental income was £500 PCM, the fee would be £60 inc. VAT per month due.
Property Inventory:
£85.00 inc. VAT 3 Bedroom Property Inventory.
£75.00 inc. VAT 2 Bedroom Property Inventory.
DPS (For us to secure your bond):
£60 inc Vat.
Contracts:
£120 inc. VAT for editable contracts.
£60.00 inc. VAT for Contract Renewals (FREE if Managed by Pure)

Rental Prices for tenants

Reference Fee:
£150.00 inc. VAT per Single Application
£100.00 inc. VAT per Multiple Applications

** The referencing fee is payable when the landlord has agreed for you to take the property subject to reference checks. This includes credit checks, credit history, employment checks and previous landlord references. **

Bond/Deposit prior to moving in to a property:
Usually the same as the rent, but landlord will confirm the deposit required.
1 months rent in advance prior to moving into a property;
The monthly rent agreed on the let.
